On old, very damaged concrete floors it is recommended to combine two technologies – Lavina ECO and Lavina Floor (heavy grinding with a planetary machine). Firstly, the floor should be leveled, the damaged upper concrete layer should be removed with a planetary machine in 2-4 steps with metal tools 30-50-70-120 grits. Then we use full or partial Lavina ECO technology.
This allow you to speed up the time of work, reduce the cost of tools. Combining two Lavina technologies works very well on large and medium-sized projects.
The use of Lavina ECO technology on old, damaged and porous concrete is not recommended without prior treatment and leveling the surface.
